The homeowner is welcome to follow behind with a clipboard to jot down any notes that they feel are important.Unique to our company: we offer what\u2019s called a Listing Look, which is a 2 to 3 page report that details the highlights of the major systems and has 12 to 15 questions that all have yes\/no answers to typical deal killers that come up during the inspection process e.g. does the house have aluminum wire, yes or no.
