Nature of Our Franchise Business Inspections Over Coffee\u00ae operates as a franchise system. Each inspection location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Endeavor Franchise Systems, LLC is the franchisor and does not directly perform the home inspections offered by independently owned franchise locations. Inspection services are provided by the applicable franchise business, which is responsible for its own personnel, operations, pricing, scheduling, service agreements, and inspection performance. Independent Franchise Ownership When a customer hires an Inspections Over Coffee franchise location, the customer enters into a service relationship with that independently owned franchise business, not with Endeavor Franchise Systems, LLC. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the franchisor is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, inspection services, or representations of franchisees. 03. Inspection Scheduling & Service Agreements This website may provide access to inspection scheduling tools, online inquiry forms, automated assistants, or third-party booking platforms. Customers requesting an inspection may be asked to provide: Name and contact information. Property address and property details. Requested inspection services. Preferred appointment dates and times. Other information reasonably necessary to coordinate inspection services. Submission of a scheduling request does not guarantee appointment availability or constitute a confirmed inspection unless confirmed by the applicable franchise location or its authorized scheduling system. The applicable franchisee may require a separate inspection agreement defining the scope of work, limitations, pricing, and other service-specific terms. In the event of a conflict between these website Terms and a separately executed inspection service agreement, the inspection agreement will govern the inspection services to the extent permitted by law. 04. Program Name & Sender The messaging program operates under the Inspections Over Coffee\u00ae brand. Messages are sent by the applicable participating, independently owned franchise business. Types of Messages Depending on the customer's inquiry, requested services, and consent, messages may include: Responses to home inspection inquiries. Inspection scheduling assistance. Appointment requests and confirmations. Appointment reminders and updates. Customer service and inspection-related follow-up communications. Consent to Receive Messages Customers may enroll through an applicable website form, booking form, chat interaction, or another documented opt-in method. Where required, the opt-in process will identify the messaging business, describe the types of messages, and provide applicable consent disclosures.
