Franchise Fee Payment Plan Policy

Franchisees who choose to pay the Initial Franchise Fee via the approved 3-month installment plan must comply with the following payment terms and conditions:

  • Non-Refundable: All installment payments are non-refundable once made.
  • Payment Method: Payments must be made via ACH (Automated Clearing House) only. Credit cards and checks are not accepted.
  • Payment Schedule: Payments are due monthly, on the same calendar day as the Franchise Agreement execution date, for three consecutive months.
  • Late Payment Fee: A $100 late fee will be assessed for any payment not received within three (3) business days of the due date.
  • Delinquency Consequences: If any installment remains unpaid for more than 10 days:
    • We reserve the right to revoke your reserved Market Visibility Zone (MVZ) or franchise territory.
    • Your Franchise Agreement may be canceled without further notice, and you will forfeit all rights to operate under the Inspections Over Coffee brand.
  • No Access Until Paid: You will not be granted onboarding access, training materials, CRM setup, or technology platform support until the first installment is received and cleared.
  • Full Fee Obligation: Failure to complete all installment payments does not release you from the obligation to pay the full Initial Franchise Fee.
