Inspections Over Coffee® is a franchise system. Each inspection location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.

  • We do not directly perform home inspections through this website.
  • All inspection services are provided by independent franchise owners, not the Company.
  • The Company is not responsible for the actions, omissions, services, or representations of any franchisee.

3. Booking and Service Agreements

This Site may allow users to schedule home inspections through third-party or franchisee-managed scheduling systems.

By booking an inspection:

  • You are entering into a direct agreement with the independently owned franchise location, not with Endeavor Franchise Systems, LLC.
  • Pricing, scope of services, and service quality are determined solely by the franchisee.
  • Any disputes must be handled directly with the servicing franchise location.

4. Payments and Refund Policy

  • Payments for inspection services are processed through franchisee systems or approved third-party platforms.
  • All sales are final, unless otherwise stated by the individual franchise location.
  • The Company does not process or control payments made to franchisees and is not responsible for refunds.

5. Franchise Opportunity Disclaimer (FDD and Earnings Disclaimer)

The information provided on this Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer to sell a franchise.
