Mike Nelson in Arizona was pleasant and a true professional. Before we got started he offered water, coffee and a smile. My 11 year old son joined in on the inspection experience. It was a true joy watching them talking sports before we started our review of his work. Nonetheless, the report was detailed and I appreciated the video footage of the roof since the community won't allow roof climbing. Lastly, his communication didnt just stop there, Mike connected me with many other resources for things that are necessary during home ownership with his list of trusted contacts to which I was able to make contact with one so far. I highly recommend

We had a great experience with Mike and his team. We scheduled an inspection right before our 1-year warranty expired on our new build, and they were super thorough. They caught several bigger items we definitely would have missed, which gave us a chance to get them fixed by the builder in time.
Mike was really helpful in explaining everything in a way that actually made sense, and took the time to walk us through it all. Communication was great, they were timely, and just really easy to work with.
Overall, super knowledgeable and thorough. Would definitely recommend Mike and his team, especially if you're coming up on your warranty deadline.

Incredibly quick to schedule, very thorough report, and friendly inspector. Highly recommend!
They did an inspection in Colorado in April 2025 for us and the fridge, dryer, and water heater all passed inspection. The fridge was leaking had to be replaced and caused damage inside a wall, the dryer didn't heat up, had to be replaced and the water heater was leaking, needed fixing. Not worth the price.
