Let’s Talk Money.
Home inspection pricing should not be a mystery. We publish ours because when you call, we are not making up a number based on the neighborhood, the market, or what we think we can get.
Our pricing is public, consistent, and based on the house — not the ego of the inspector.

You should know what your inspection costs before you ever pick up the phone.
Base inspections typically start at $250 or $300 depending on the market, then increase by home size.
Our Pricing Is Based On The House. Not What We Think We’re Worth.
A bigger house takes more time. More roof. More plumbing. More electrical. More rooms. More systems. More reporting.
That is why our pricing is based on the size and needs of the home. Not the inspector’s mood. Not how busy the schedule is. Not whether the house is in a fancy neighborhood.
We have always tried to keep pricing fair enough that inspections are affordable for buyers, inspectors are fairly compensated, and franchise owners can continue running healthy businesses.
Base Pricing
Depending on your market, our base inspection pricing typically starts at either $250 or $300 for homes under 1,000 square feet.
Size-Based Increases
Pricing generally increases by $25 for every additional 500 square feet. Bigger homes take more time to inspect and more time to document.
Fair For Everyone
The goal is simple: affordable for clients, fair for inspectors, and sustainable for the business. That balance matters.
If You Can’t Find The Price, Ask Why.
Most inspectors do not publish their prices. We do.
We think that matters. Public pricing makes it easier for buyers and agents to plan, compare, and schedule without wondering whether the number is being made up on the spot.
- No “call for pricing” runaround.
- No guessing whether someone else paid less.
- No pricing based on what the inspector thinks they can get.
- No awkward sales call just to answer a basic question.
Bundling Saves Money
A big part of the cost for many add-on services is travel, setup, scheduling, and time on site. When we are already at the property, adding services often costs less than booking them separately.
Add What The House Needs Without Paying For Extra Trips.
We take the same fair-pricing approach with add-on services.
- Sewer scopes
- Radon testing
- Termite inspections
- Mold or indoor air quality sampling
- Insurance inspections
Competitive Pricing Is Nice. Transparent Pricing Is Better.
Even before you factor in the extra value we provide, our pricing is competitive. But once you include the report quality, tools, support, and value for both the buyer and agent, the comparison gets a lot easier.
No mystery math.
The house determines the price. The bigger the home, the more there is to inspect. That is how it should be.
