That is why our pricing is based on the size and needs of the home. Not the inspector’s mood. Not how busy the schedule is. Not whether the house is in a fancy neighborhood.
We have always tried to keep pricing fair enough that inspections are affordable for buyers, inspectors are fairly compensated, and franchise owners can continue running healthy businesses.
Base Pricing
Depending on your market, our base inspection pricing typically starts at either $250 or $300 for homes under 1,000 square feet.
Size-Based Increases
Pricing generally increases by $25 for every additional 500 square feet. Bigger homes take more time to inspect and more time to document.

The goal is simple: affordable for clients, fair for inspectors, and sustainable for the business. That balance matters.
